Prepare all banquet items according to function sheets and manage food orders from the restaurant. Ensure proper stocking of menu items, supervise the dishwasher for adequate utensils, and maintain kitchen cleanliness at all times. Produce breakfast services and perform other duties as requested by the Executive Chef and General Manager. This role requires a food handler's permit, high school diploma, and one year of food preparation experience. Must be able to work the PM shift and be extremely dependable regarding attendance and punctuality.
