Job Summary
Cook sauces in large commercial kettles following batch requirements and ensure all bags are properly labeled with defined ingredients for product to be cooked. Move 50lb bags and ingredient packages using electric or manual pallet jacks, lifting up to 50 lbs with experience in folk lift being a plus. Knowledge of measurements is required but training will be provided. Culinary training or sous chef experience is ideal for this Cook Trainee role.
