Job Summary
Prepare and cook food items according to standardized recipes and menu specifications while following proper food safety and sanitation procedures. Collaborate with kitchen team members to coordinate food preparation and order execution, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen area including washing dishes and equipment. Adhere to portion control guidelines and presentation standards, and assist in food inventory management as needed. Prior experience in a high-volume kitchen is preferred, along with flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
