Greet customers within ten feet and four seconds of contact while preparing quality food products for sale, including making bentos, roasting chicken, and cooking fish. Track food inventory and order from vendors as needed, while monitoring food quality, conducting hourly temperature checks, and pulling items that do not meet standards. Maintain a clean and organized workstation by dusting, wiping, and sweeping, and wash and sanitize all dishes, tools, and areas. Operate stoves, hot plates, ovens, fryers, and slicers, and perform other related duties as assigned by the Kitchen Manager.
