Job Summary
Preschool Cook will plan, prepare, and cook healthy and delicious meals for preschool children that meet proper nutritional requirements, maintain and track food allergies, follow food safety and sanitation procedures, collaborate with Center Leadership to purchase supplies and manage inventory, and provide excellent customer service to parents and children. The role requires flexibility to adapt to daily childcare operations, strong communication, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. A High School Diploma or equivalent, 1+ year cooking experience, and a food handling certificate (or ability to obtain within 90 days) are required.
Required Qualifications

- 1+ year of experience in food preparation and cooking
- A food handling certificate or the ability to obtain one within 90 days of hire
- The ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs
