Cook an assortment of meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner while preparing and portioning food products prior to cooking. Handle final plate preparation, plating, garnishing, and recipe development to ensure compliance with standardized menus. Act as a liaison for the Dietary Manager during absences to guarantee accurate meal prep and delivery. Manage inventory, purchasing, and stock rotation, and clean all kitchen equipment and areas before and after food service. Capable of handling last-minute requests for special events. Classically trained and experienced in a high-volume culinary environment.
