Job Summary
Cook for SpaceX's culinary team in a temporary 3-month position in Brownsville, TX. Responsibilities include daily prep tasks, ensuring recipe consistency, open-kitchen customer service, adherence to safety and cleanliness standards, and operating a station per leadership specifications. Must be able to work all shifts, overtime and weekends, handle physical requirements, and obtain a food handlers card if not already held. ITAR-compliant eligibility is required. 1 location with on-site work at SpaceX facilities.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in the food service industry
- Possession of or willingness to obtain a food handlers card or equivalent
Additional Requirements
- U.S. citizen or national, U.S. lawful, permanent resident (green card holder), refugee under 8 U.S.C. § 1157, or asylee under 8 U.S.C. § 1158, or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
