Job Summary
Proactively manage on-site teams and control budgets to deliver efficient, high-quality catering services. Recruit, induct, train, and support colleagues while building internal and external relationships to enable operational excellence. Ensure ongoing team communications and manage client liaison and management reporting. Work Monday to Friday on night shifts from 9pm to 3am. This role supports Elior's mission to enrich lives across the UK by providing fresh, flexible workday meals for diverse clients including stadiums, hospitals, and workplaces.

- Proven team leader experience
- Self-motivated and able to work well unsupervised
- Genuine interest in customer service excellence
- Focused on the front line
- Monday to Friday | Night Shifts | 9pm to 3am
