Job Summary
Oversee food preparation and service in the facility, maintaining proper food handling practices during preparation, holding, service, and storage. Ensure proper use, cleaning, and sanitation of all equipment and work areas under general supervision. Requires prior experience working in a commercial kitchen; culinary school is preferred but not required. Reports to the Food Service Director.
