Job Summary
Oversee food preparation and service in a facility, ensuring proper food handling practices during preparation, holding, service, and storage. Maintain sanitation standards by properly using, cleaning, and sanitizing all equipment and work areas. Requires prior experience working in a commercial kitchen; culinary school is preferred but not required. Reports to the Food Service Director.
