Cook Supervisor- $13/hour - Part Time - 29 hours/week

Prepare meals to ensure nutrition and appearance while maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen, dining room, and food storage areas, including baseboard inspections every three days. Handle placement and storage of donated food products and request resident assistance with serving meals as needed. Train and manage resident kitchen workers while showing hospitality and supervision to outside volunteers. Ensure the staff dining room is clean and all food is removed before your shift ends, verifying no items in the kitchen or convenience store exceed five days old. Remain subordinate to the Food Service Director. This part-time role offers $13/hour for 29 hours/week at Dallas LIFE, a Christian accountability-based program for homeless recovery.
