Job Summary
Prepare all meals according to the menu and standardized recipes in a safe, sanitary manner under supervision. Ensure proper preparation, portioning, and serving of feeds, adherence to safety and sanitation standards, timely meal service, and proper labeling of refrigerator/freezer/storage. Maintain quality and cost control through proper food handling, inventory, and utilization of leftovers; suggest menu or recipe changes and ensure cleaning of all equipment and storage areas.
