Assist with food prep, baking, and special meals while maintaining cleanliness in kitchen, storage, and serving areas. Monitor food inventory, report supply needs, and interact warmly with residents during meal service. Follow recipes, food safety standards, and community guidelines strictly. This role requires previous cooking experience, familiarity with dietary needs like diabetic or low-sodium, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be able to stand, bend, lift up to 40 pounds, and work in warm conditions. Food handler certification is required, with ServSafe as a plus.
