Job Summary
Cook STEX at Diner Ross Steakhouse (LINQ, Las Vegas): Responsible for executing a world-class menu to deliver a polished, unpretentious dining experience. Prepares, seasons, finishes, and garnishes designated items; reads tickets and maintains 100% accuracy; supports antiracism and inclusivity initiatives; collaborates to create a respectful, team-driven environment; ensures compliance with SNHD health and safety standards; stocks, prepares, and maintains a clean, efficient workstation; trains and assists new employees as requested. Requires high attention to detail, ability to work independently and with a team, and availability for shifts Wednesday–Sunday, with on-site (Las Vegas) work arrangement; minimum two years’ experience in a high-volume kitchen, strong knife skills, English communication, excellent customer service, and US work authorization. Salary is $26.103/hour, with shifts 10am-6pm or 3pm-11pm; union benefits available and 21+ years old.
Required Qualifications
- At least two years of experience in a high volume professional kitchen or culinary school environment.
- Basic understanding of cooking techniques and proper knife skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Must have valid work authorization for the US.
- At least 21 years of age.
