Job Summary
Cook 2 will prepare foods for patient line pantry and café according to standardized recipes, established policies and procedures, and will ensure safe and efficient production and storage of all food items using established techniques. Responsibilities include following recipe cards and production standards, operating and maintaining kitchen equipment, dating and rotating perishables, monitoring food costs and waste, and supporting a high-volume food service operation while maintaining professional communication with team members and ensuring compliance with health codes and safety practices.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years previous culinary experience
- Associate’s degree in a related culinary field
- Culinary certificate and 1 year of culinary experience
