Job Summary
Cook grills, manages frying and bread grill equipment, and processes orders via KDS while maintaining strict sanitary standards. Navigate kitchen equipment, memorize specialized BOH terminology, and perform cleaning duties throughout and at the end of shifts. Use a meat slicer and sharp knives safely while adhering to food preparation guidelines. Work independently under pressure in a fast-paced environment, handling up to 90 pounds and exposure to wet conditions and cleaning chemicals. Complete required training programs and maintain a flexible schedule for 8-hour shifts.

- Related experience and/or training in the restaurant industry

- Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills
- Constant ability to push, pull, lift, carry and or move up to 90 pounds
- Must be able to handle food products and equipment
- Ability to communicate with other Team Members, including speaking and listening
- Ability to perform other duties as assigned
- Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job for up to an 8-hour shift
