Job Summary
Provide the most memorable guest experience by cooking and preparing menu items at Sonny’s BBQ. Responsibilities include cooking, managing the grill, operating fry and bread grill, reading orders and following KDS protocols, maintaining a clean workstation, adhering to sanitary and food preparation guidelines, performing cleaning duties, and using a meat slicer with sharp knives. Able to work independently or as part of a team, handle multiple tasks, stay calm under pressure, manage time effectively, and participate in ongoing training or certification programs as required by the company/state.
Required Qualifications
- Related experience and/or training in the restaurant industry.
