Job Summary
Cook, prepare, and package food product pursuant to operational and quality standards while operating dressers, front and back swamps, grills, and food prep stations as assigned. Perform regular cleaning and sanitation duties including trash disposal, mopping, sweeping, washing dishes, sanitizing preparation areas, and emptying used grease. Move and stock food product weighing up to 50 pounds and report customer or employee complaints to the Manager on Duty. Requires irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
