Cook

Cook position responsible for cooking, preparing, and packaging food product pursuant to operational and quality standards; operate grill and food prep stations as assigned; comply with all company policies and sanitation standards; perform cleaning and sanitation duties including trash disposal, mopping, sweeping, washing dishes, and wiping counters; maintain regular attendance; shift includes irregular hours, nights, weekends, and holidays; requires general restaurant or retail knowledge, basic math and reading skills, effective verbal and written communication, ability to follow directions, and multitasking.
