Cook

Cook, prepare, and package food product pursuant to operational and quality standards by operating dressers, grills, and food prep stations as assigned. Perform regular cleaning and sanitation duties including trash disposal, mopping, sweeping, washing dishes, and sanitizing food preparation areas. Move and stock food product weighing up to 50 pounds and report customer or employee complaints to the Manager on Duty. Requires general restaurant knowledge, basic math and reading skills, and the ability to follow directions. Schedule includes irregular hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
