Job Summary
Cook, prepares, and packages food product to operational and quality standards. Operates dresser, front swamp, back swamp, grill, and food prep stations as assigned. Maintains sanitation and cleaning duties, including trash disposal, mopping, sweeping, washing dishes, wiping counters, sanitizing prep areas, and equipment cleaning. Regular attendance required; irregular hours include nights, weekends, and holidays. Reports customer or employee complaints to MOD; ability to move and stock food product weighing up to 50 pounds; performs other duties as assigned.
