Job Summary
Cook responsible for cooking, preparing, and packaging product in a restaurant environment. Operates grill, front swamp, back swamp, dresser, and food prep stations, adheres to operational and quality standards, and performs sanitation duties (trash disposal, mopping, sweeping, dishes, wiping counters, sanitizing prep areas, cleaning equipment). Maintains regular attendance and may report issues to MOD. Requires ability to move and stock food product up to 50 pounds and perform other duties as assigned. Irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. Strong knowledge of general restaurant/retail operations, basic math and reading, clear verbal and written communication, ability to follow directions, and multi-tasking skills are needed.
