Job Summary
Position cooks, prepares, and packages food product. Responsibilities include operating dresser, front swamp, back swamp, grill, and food prep stations; complying with policies and standards; performing regular cleaning and sanitation duties (trash disposal, mopping, sweeping, washing dishes, wiping counters, sanitizing areas, cleaning equipment, and grease disposal); maintaining regular attendance. Additional duties include reporting customer or employee complaints to the MOD, moving and stocking food product weighing up to 50 pounds, and performing other job-related duties. Time/shift expectations involve irregular hours, nights, weekends, and holidays. Requires general restaurant/retail knowledge, basic math and reading skills, effective communication, ability to follow directions, and multi-tasking in a restaurant environment with physical demands such as standing, bending, reaching, lifting, and exposure to heat and cold.
