Job Summary
Cook position responsible for cooking, preparing, and packaging food product in a restaurant setting. Duties include operating grill and food prep stations, complying with policies and standards, performing cleaning and sanitation, regular attendance, reporting issues to MOD, and moving/stocking food up to 50 pounds. Irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. Requires general restaurant knowledge, basic math/reading, effective communication, ability to follow directions, and multitasking in a continuous standing environment with exposure to heat and other temperatures.
