Job Summary
Cook position responsible for preparing, cooking, and serving a variety of dishes to guests; maintain kitchen cleanliness and stockroom, organize supplies and equipment; adhere to food health and safety regulations; receive deliveries and check contents against orders; deliver prepared orders to guests; engage with customers at front counter and register; provide a valid Food Handlers Certificate before beginning duties; operate kitchen equipment safely; manage inventory; additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- At least two years of experience in culinary services, food preparation, or related field preferred
- Food Handlers Certificate or ability to obtain prior to starting duties
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to manage kitchen inventory and operate standard kitchen equipment safely
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in food service
