Job Summary
Seasonal Line Cook at The Minikahda Club responsible for assisting in menu planning and recipe development, preparing and executing high-quality dishes according to established standards, maintaining a clean and organized station, collaborating with the Executive and Sous Chef team to ensure consistency across venues, following food safety guidelines, and contributing to a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a line cook in a high volume, upscale restaurant or country club setting
- ServSafe Certification
