Job Summary
Cook responsible for preparing appealing, nutritious, heart-healthy meals for residents, prospective residents, families, and guests under the Director of Dining Services. Must have at least two years of food preparation, kitchen safety/sanitation, and menu preparation experience in a restaurant, healthcare facility, or similar institution; must read and follow instructions, read menus/labels, speak English, and work well with others, especially the elderly.
