Job Summary
Cook at Luna Grill, San Clemente: Prepare and cook our fresh Mediterranean menu to spec, keep the kitchen spotless and safe, and work closely with teammates to ensure fast, smooth service. Requires 1+ year kitchen experience in a high-volume or fast-casual environment, ability to prep and cook with consistency, knowledge of food safety/sanitation, and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. E-Verify participation and equal opportunity employer. Compensation is hourly with a team tip pool; shifts are flexible and located in San Clemente, CA.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year kitchen experience in a high-volume or fast-casual environment
- Must be 18 years or older
- Skilled in prep, cooking, and executing recipes with consistency
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
