Job Summary
Cook position in Salem, OR responsible for preparing wings, burgers, and menu items; you’ll slice, dice, grill, fry, and sauce with accuracy and speed while following recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation, uphold food safety and sanitation guidelines, and work with the team to keep the kitchen running smoothly. Assist with prep, stocking, and closing duties; duties may evolve over time.
