Job Summary
Cooks and Prep Cooks will play a critical role in the daily operations of a fast-casual dining restaurant, ensuring food quality and safety standards are met. Responsibilities include producing consistent high-volume food products, managing inventory, and implementing creative menu items. Successful candidates should have over one year of kitchen experience, particularly in catering, and must demonstrate excellent communication skills and customer service orientation. The position requires performing physical tasks, including lifting approximately 40 lbs, and will operate under the guidance of an Executive Chef.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience working in a kitchen
- Knowledge of food preparation/food service
- Strong understanding of execution of BEOs and reading production sheets
