Job Summary
Cook role responsible for the preparation and cooking of food products and for the care and cleanliness of kitchen equipment. Will monitor shortening levels, conditioning and filtering throughout the day, keep fresh product available, and monitor holding times. Standing up to 8 hours, lifting up to 50 pounds, and performing pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral finger/wrist motions are required.
