Cook and prepare food according to the Manager in Charge and Church's Operating Standards Manual. Set up the batter table, collect smallwares, and prepare batter mix. Balance fryers and maintain proper shortening levels; filter and clean fryers per safety guidelines. Pan sufficient chicken for operational needs and cook food as directed by the Manager in Charge. Ensure all products meet specifications, procedures, and quality standards including holding times. Maintain a clean work area with clean-as-you-go practices; verify stock and supplies at the batter area and keep coolers organized. Perform all other tasks as assigned by the Manager in Charge and support the team with food preparation, safety, and sanitation.
