Job Summary
A Cook responsible for preparing all food items for the Restaurant/Dining Outlet, Cafe, Room Service, Employee Cafeteria, and Banquets using standardized recipes, while ensuring cleanliness, sanitation, safety, and cost efficiency in the kitchen. Duties include maintaining high standards, knowledge of menus and banquet preparation, operating and maintaining kitchen equipment, keeping storage areas organized, serving food promptly, and adhering to Avion Hospitality standards and emergency procedures.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Food Handlers Certification (must comply with State requirements)
