Prepare meals according to recipes and guest specifications while operating kitchen equipment including ovens, grills, mixers, slicers, and steam kettles. Read menus to estimate food requirements and manage inventory, then set up and stock stations with necessary supplies. Cook menu items in coordination with kitchen staff to ensure food is prepared and served simultaneously with high quality and timeliness. Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, properly date, store, and rotate food items, and maintain temperature logs to comply with food safety standards. Respond to guest requests and complaints professionally and promptly while adhering to all safety, sanitation, and brand standards. Support team members and maintain a positive kitchen culture. Perform other duties as assigned.
