Cook

Cook will prepare meals according to recipes and guest specifications, read menus to estimate food requirements and manage inventory, operate kitchen equipment (ovens, grills, mixers, slicers, steam kettles), set up and stock stations, cook menu items in coordination with kitchen staff, ensure food is prepared and served with high quality and timeliness, maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, properly date, store, and rotate food items, maintain temperature logs and comply with food safety standards, respond to guest requests and complaints professionally, adhere to safety, sanitation, and brand standards, and support team members to maintain a positive kitchen culture. The role emphasizes knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations, ability to read and follow recipes, proficiency with kitchen tools and equipment, attention to detail and commitment to quality, multitasking in a fast-paced environment, effective communication and teamwork, and basic math for measuring and portioning. Education preferred includes a High School diploma or GED with previous kitchen line experience; a Food Handlers Card is required. E-Verify is utilized for employment authorization verification.
