Job Summary
As a Cook at our skilled nursing/long-term care facility, you will prepare and serve meals to residents within scheduled timeframes, follow the menu cycle with substitutions as needed, maintain a clean and safe kitchen and food service area, comply with state sanitation codes, manage inventory and place orders, restock, and ensure resident food preferences are known and followed. You currently can obtain a Food Handlers card and meet mandatory health requirements by state regulations, and you must read, write, speak and understand English. Weekend availability is included.
