Job Summary
Cook responsibilities include following standardized recipes and proper measurement/preparation methods to produce high-quality, safe food for patients, guests, and staff; ensure product availability for all service areas and substitutions when needed; apply safe food handling and infection control practices; maintain production records for quality assurance and usage; accommodate patients with therapeutic or special needs and present food appropriately; provide knowledgeable communication to customers about method of preparation, nutritional information, ingredients, etc.; be able to lift up to 50 lbs; and availability to work Friday, Saturday, and Sundays. Preferred qualifications include one year of professional culinary experience.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to work with many types of foods
- Ability to measure and scale recipes
- Quantity and scratch cooking experience
- HACCP knowledge
