Job Summary
Master the menu and prepare dishes with precision, adhering to event specifications and hotel standards. Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and safety by following the "Clean As You Go" policy, organizing storage areas, and setting up stations before opening. Breakdown buffets and kitchen lines, storing food and equipment properly at the end of each meal period. Assist with kitchen equipment maintenance and manage food storage, rotation, and inventory. Prior Cook or kitchen experience in a hotel or restaurant required, along with an unexpired Food Handlers Certification. Hourly pay is $22.00.
