Prepare food according to specifications using approved recipes and proper portioning while conducting regular visual and taste tests to ensure highest quality. Restock the front service line with prepared product during peak periods and showcase menu item preparation in the front of the house. Clean the kitchen area, grill, restrooms, and equipment to maintain overall restaurant cleanliness, adhering to strict safety, sanitation, and quality guidelines. This role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, and walk for an entire shift.
