Job Summary
Cook and prepare food to proper portions and temperatures; maintain appearance of kitchen equipment and serving counters; manage inventory in stock room; clean kitchen before and after business hours; scrub, sanitize, and store pots, pans, utensils, and dishes; perform additional tasks as assigned by management; weekend/nights/weekday availability required; independent work capability; prior food-industry experience preferred; physical endurance to lift up to 40 pounds and endure variable temperatures; Fort Wayne, IN location in a part-time capacity.
Required Qualifications
- Must be available on weekends, nights, and some weekdays
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Effective time management skills
- Prior experience in food industry preferred
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds
- Able to tolerate extreme temperatures
- Significant standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling
