Job Summary
Prepare and serve food for patients, employees and special events following proper food handling and safety techniques to ensure meals are tasty, served at the correct temperature, and presented well. Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment in accordance with established standards. Role requires six months of quantity food preparation experience and a Food Handlers Certificate (where required by local regulations); experience with therapeutic diet preparation is preferred. Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, time-management and prioritization skills; detail-oriented with ability to meet strict timeframes. Required Qualifications
- Six months’ experience in quantity food preparation
