Job Summary
Prepares and serves food for patients, employees and special events in a hospital setting, ensuring foods taste good and are served at the proper temperatures while maintaining a clean, safe work environment. Requires six months’ quantity food preparation experience and a Food Handlers Certificate (if required locally). Experience with therapeutic diet preparation is preferred. Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication, strong organizational/time-management skills, analytical/critical thinking, and attention to detail. Required Qualifications
