Job Summary
Prepare and serve food for patients, employees and special events following food handling and safety standards; maintain a clean, safe work environment. Schedule includes Weekday PRN and some weekends (10:30am–7:00pm). Benefits package with medical/dental/prescription coverage and retirement options. Join Shreveport Rehabilitation Hospital’s team to support patient meals and therapeutic diet needs. Six months’ quantity food prep experience and a Food Handler Certificate are required; experience with therapeutic diets preferred. Strong verbal/written communication, organization, time management, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight timelines are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Six months’ experience in quantity food preparation.
- Food Handlers Certificate (If required by Local City, County or State)
