Job Summary
Cook, Prep Cook, or Sous Chef needed for an Assisted Living Community. Prepare nutritious, high-quality meals with a hospitality focus for residents, following standard recipes, portion controls, and food safety rules. Responsibilities include checking menus, preparing meals that meet nutritional requirements, garnishing plates, assisting with special meals/events, managing stock and supplies, maintaining sanitation, and supporting supervisory duties when needed. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 1 year of scratch cooking experience, experience serving large groups, and ServSafe certification. Strong customer service, dependability, teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are required.
