Cook/Sous Chef position at Century Park Associates in Gig Harbor, WA. Full-time Afternoon/Evening shift (Wednesday through Sunday) overseeing meal preparation to serve residents, ensuring meals meet nutritional and regulatory standards. Responsibilities include following standardized recipes, managing portions and leftovers to control costs, maintaining sanitation and safe kitchen operations, operating equipment (steamer, oven, grill, slicer, mixer, grinder, dishwasher), assisting with daily kitchen duties and supervising in the absence of the Dining Services Director. Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent, 1 year scratch cooking experience, experience feeding large groups, ServSafe certification. Strong customer service, communication, planning, multi-tasking, and professional appearance are expected.
