Job Summary
Maintain verbal communication with front-of-house staff while monitoring food quality during chicken marinating, breading, and inspection. Ensure proper oil filtration, equipment cleaning, and adherence to health and sanitation standards across all food preparation areas. Follow the chicken forecast and all safety rules, policies, and procedures strictly. Maintain overall cleanliness for cooking services, dishes, and utensils. Must be 18 years or older, able to lift 50 lbs, and work nights, weekends, and holidays. Produce authorized U.S. work documents and follow Personal Care and Hygiene policies.
