Maintain verbal communication with front of house staff while monitoring food quality and ensuring proper inspection of chicken. Marinate and bread chicken, follow the chicken forecast, and filter oil to meet quality standards. Follow receipts, clean equipment, and uphold health, sanitation, and safety protocols across food preparation areas. Adhere to all safety rules, policies, and procedures, including personal care and hygiene requirements. This role requires standing for long periods, lifting 50 lbs, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
