Job Summary
Maintain verbal communication with front of house staff and monitor food quality while marinating and breading chicken. Ensure all chicken is properly inspected and follow the chicken forecast protocol. Follow receipts accordingly and perform oil filtration to ensure quality standards. Thoroughly clean equipment and maintain overall sanitation, health, cleanliness, and safety standards for food preparation areas, cooking services, and dishes and utensils. Adhere to all safety rules, policies, and procedures, including personal care and hygiene requirements. Work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Ability to lift and push 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must follow the company Personal Care and Hygiene policies
- Must be able to produce authorized U.S. work documents
