Job Summary
Maintain verbal communication with front-of-house while monitoring food quality for marinating, breading, and inspecting chicken. Follow receipts, filter oil, and ensure adherence to health and sanitation standards across food preparation, cooking services, and dish areas. Thoroughly clean equipment and abide by all safety rules, policies, and procedures. Must be 18 or older, able to lift 50 lbs, and stand for long periods. Flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Produce authorized U.S. work documents.
