Job Summary
Maintain verbal communication with front-of-house staff while monitoring food quality and ensuring proper inspection of chicken. Marinate and bread chicken, follow forecasts, and filter oil to uphold quality standards. Ensure adherence to health, sanitation, and safety protocols by thoroughly cleaning equipment and maintaining cleanliness in food preparation areas. Follow all safety rules and policies while producing authorized U.S. work documents. Work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Ability to lift and push 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must follow the company Personal Care and Hygiene policies
- Must be able to produce authorized U.S. work documents
